It will normally take us between 3 and 5 days to process your order and ship the product. Your order will be usually shipped via DHL. We will send it tracked. Please allow a further 3 to 5 days for delivery following despatch confirmation. We do not process orders or delivery on weekends or during public holidays. In case we are on vacation at the date of purchase, we will contact you to let you know the shipping time.
The shipping costs nationally and internationally will be calculated for every single item.
We will promptly contact you with a quote for delivery costs, once you have placed your order. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then we would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If you do not confirm acceptance of the quoted shipping costs within 7 days (or if we do not receive payment for delivery within 7 days following your acceptance) we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you prefer, you can contact us prior to placing the order so that we can confirm the shipping costs.
Items can be shipped also internationally. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of Germany. Furthermore, where shipping costs are agreed with you after order placement, we will not ship until we have received payment for the agreed costs from you.
